成熟度：Stable（opt-in） @ @fellow.work/client ≥ 0.6.5（FPP-0031）
Runtime Protocol 的 Stable wire 面覆盖 Gateway 上 runtime.v1 的 2 个 workload operations（查询与取消）。Gateway 在 FELLOW_RUNTIME=1 时宣告 capability 并挂载对应路由。SDK 使用 @fellow.work/client/runtime（不挂在 createClient() 根上）。
设计职责
Runtime 执行已分类的 workload，返回结构化执行结果；不保存 Object/Case 业务真相。沙箱与 HARP 等执行形态仍可能有独立产品与运维面；本 Stable 宣告仅覆盖 OpenAPI Runtime 标签与 conformance fixtures。
信任边界
沙箱进程不是可信服务端，只能访问策略授予的能力。需要 OS 特权时必须通过 Host Protocol；Runtime 不得绕过能力目录或 Consent。
版本边界
2-op wire 以 SDK spec/openapi.yaml、runtime.schema.json 与 runtime/current.json 为准；集成前核对 兼容矩阵。
