Management operator：Stable（@
@fellow.work/client≥ 0.5.65）— Console 覆盖实例、Integration App、模型、用户、用量与策略管理；产品 UI 能力仍以部署版本为准。
Console 是独立于 Gateway 的运维与管理平面，用于实例、Integration App、模型、用户、用量和部分策略。Desktop 本机 Settings 覆盖个人模型等本地配置，但不与 Console 的多实例和组织能力完全等价。
部署形态

Console 通过宿主机 Docker 拉起 fellow/cloud 实例；浏览器访问 Console UI（默认 :8788）管理实例与 应用（登记软件产品并授权调用数字员工或连接器）。

Console Web / Server 已接 @fellow.work/client/management。Conformance：Gateway 69 + Console 38；tarball contracts:test-management-sdk-package。Runbook 见 SDK spec/operations/management-runbook.md。
产品 Session Token 不能调 /api/console/*；Console Token 不能替代 Integration App Key 做 embed。
Fellow Desktop： 设置 → Agent → Gateway 运维 — 保存 FELLOW_CONSOLE_TOKEN 并探测 health / policy snapshot（Experimental）。
Workbench 边界： Workbench 数据面（线程、技能、项目、Connectors 等）经 @fellow.work/client 的 createClient；Management / Platform operator 仍走专用 client 或 lib/api.ts，不并入 createClient 根导出。

Console 可通过 Gateway 的 /api/console/* 管理模型、Skills、用户、配额、认证、接入应用、用量与可观测数据。数据库驱动、Sandbox、Stream Bridge 和部分 Channel 开关仍由 Profile 或环境变量控制，修改后可能需要重启或重新部署。
